Visitors this month: Brigitte, Luxembourg Duke and Duchess, supermodel, CEO of Paypal and Estonian government
The Duke and Duchess of Luxembourg paid us a visit accompanied by Brigitte Macron, France’s First Lady. They met with several of our campus entrepreneurs.
Supermodel Natalia Svoboda also stopped by STATION F (and made quite an effect!) a few days before CEO of Paypal Dan Schulman, who took a bit of time to discuss with selected members of the Founders Program.

We were also happy to welcome members of the Estonian government for a visit, and former French Prime Minister Manuel Valls.

STATION F for Funding
There were *a lot* of VCs organizing events at STATION F during the past month. Does that mean there will be a lot of funding announcements in the months to come? Hmm…
  • Daphni’s co-founder Eric Leibovici came to STATION F to share his experience on the fundraising process during a no-tweets/no-pictures secret session, just for residents
  • European VCs met with Female Founders in an event put together by Zendesk’s Rachel Delacour, tackling the issue of funding for women. Great office hours!
  • Corporate VCs vs traditional VCs… AXA strategic venture came to answer the question: Will I look prettier with a CAC40 name in my capital ?
  • Balderton Capital organized a Q&A session with startups currently in a fundraising process, dreaming to join a portfolio that already counts Revolut, Citymapper, Tictail, Sunrise, and many more.
  • UsineIO tackled the sensitive issue of fundraising for hardware companies
  • Ventech organized not one but two Office Hours over the past month to meet early stage companies
There’s a forest inside STATION F Campus (and Paypal’s CEO loves it)
Time to open your chakras… We have a dedicated meditation spot at STATION F, full of green and zen. Spoiler alert: you can see how it feels to have a meeting inside by watching Foundation, episode 2. Paypal’s CEO also stopped by to take a picture inside. Namaste!

See you next month!

Love ❤
